All photographs remain the copyrighted property of House of Adlee Photography. Copyright is not transferred with purchase.

⸻Usage License Granted

House of Adlee Photography grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images solely for marketing the specific property photographed, including:

  •   MLS listings   •   Real estate websites   •   Social media marketing   •   Email marketing   •   Printed marketing materials related to the listing.

This license is valid only while the property is actively listed.

⸻Prohibited Uses

The images may not be used for:   •   Any future listings or different properties   •   Commercial advertising unrelated to the specific listing   •   Stock photography   •   Sale, resale, or transfer to third parties (builders, stagers, designers, contractors, publications, etc.)   •   Editing, heavy filtering, or alteration beyond standard cropping or resizing without written permissionIf another party wishes to use the images, a separate licensing agreement must be obtained from House of Adlee Photography.

⸻MLS & Third-Party Platforms

By uploading images to MLS or similar platforms, you acknowledge that those platforms may apply their own terms. House of Adlee Photography is not responsible for unauthorized third-party use that occurs through MLS syndication.

House of Adlee Photography is NOT obligated to archive images long-term. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files.
